Couldn't wait to get out in the home gym for Day 2!
Is it ridiculous to say I did better than Day 1? I hit some great spots during the foam rolling. I'm identifying moves that are tight or stiff for me. My plank form felt stronger. I felt a lot more in control of the Tai Chi move we learned today - Phoenix Tail. Very beautiful, fluid move. I can already tell that my mind is a critical element of this - like a muscle I haven't truly been engaging. It is possible to go through an entire workout and never get your mind in it, or never focus on the muscles you are supposed to be working. But when you connect your mind - now you have something special going on. My right knee is happy and I feel rejuvenated!
