Then, exercise as hard and as much as possible to get stronger, and burn calories and stored fat. This simple plan is the one I stick with. No tricks, pills, books, or diets necessary. Healthy eating and a consistent strong exercise plan leads to a healthy body at a healthy weight. That's it. I guess the "Just do it" part is what most people have trouble with. They are looking for a quick fix that doesn't require commitment or change. Unfortunately that mentality gets people no where so they look for another "fix." The diet book market is ripe for these people. <br /><br />Keep getting this simple plan message out there. Hope you are doing well.
